September is the best month to start swimming lessons

The summer rush is finally over. The pools are calmer, the weather is cooler, and your schedule is back to normal — which makes September one of the best months of the year to start swimming lessons.

Why September?

Most people think of swimming as a summer activity, so they cram their lessons into July and August. By September, class sizes are smaller, pool lanes are less crowded, and our coaches have more time for each student. You get more attention, more practice, and faster progress.

For kids: back to school, back to routine

Children thrive on routine. Now that school is back, adding a weekly swimming class is easier than you think — and it is a great way to burn off energy, build confidence and stay healthy through the new term. Our kids’ swimming classes and 1-on-2 beginner classes for young children are running now, and students from 3 to 80 years old are welcome.

For adults: no more excuses!

You don’t need summer heat to learn to swim. Our women’s classes and men’s classes are small groups (4–6 students), taught by professional coaches, with 90-minute lessons that give you real time in the water. Classes run at Tai Wan Shan Swimming Pool (Whampoa) until October, and Kwun Tong, Lai Chi Kok Park and Morrison Hill all year round.

Ready to start?

New classes start in the first week of each month, so September enrolment is open now. Message WhatsApp 簡Sir 6090 5790, fill in the contact form, or sign up directly — we will help you find the right class.
